Emma and Mitko are, simply put, the best option out there, as far as real estate agents go. They have been professional, helpful, and very knowledgable throughout the entire process of selling our home. They both understand the current market, and they assist the seller in adjusting the sales price accordingly. They do not treat you as a client, but more so, as family. They always respond to any questions or inquiries very quickly, and assist in correcting anything that needs to be done. This was, by far, the best selling experience we ever had. There were some bumps along the way, however, Emma and Mitko were always there to assist in navigating those bumps. In my humble opinion, they are the best in Indiana, period.
